Players must report to the tournament area at a minimum of 5 minutes in advance to the scheduled time. Upon game completion, Players should promptly exit the tournament area. No reporting of game scores or notification of game completion is necessary. Occasionally when a Xbox is restarted, there are some difficulties that can be encountered, such as guns continuously firing, or players being dropped from the game after restart. These are occurrences that have been known to happen, and constitute the need for a Xbox game restart. In the case of an Xbox crash, the game will be restarted from the beginning, no matter what time it crashed. Players will conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor to spectators, members of the press, tournament or league officials, and to other Players. Players must be available for post-tournament awards ceremonies, photographs, interviews, or other tournament events. Spectators or general event participants outside the designated tournament area, such as viewers of the tournament projection screens, are permitted to cheer and make noise. Although general cheering is permitted, specific clues or hints may not be yelled out loud. It is understood and acceptable to the Sponsors that general cheering and levels of excitement from the crowd can help a Player understand what his opponent is doing. Players will refrain from the use of all vulgar language when inside the designated tournament area. Player handles may not contain vulgar language, or reference any subject matter that is not suitable for the public. Teasing competitors during matches is prohibited. Players are expected to compete in a professional manner.
