INFORMATION ABOUT POST 9999

Green Line

Explorer Post 9999 is located in St. Charles, Missouri, which is about 30 minutes NorthWest
of St. Louis, Missouri. The Post has been active since 19 and has attended several summer
camps at the John S. Swift Explorer Base, which is only one of two in the nation!
Besides going to summer camp the Post has participated in mock disaster drills, event
photography for such events as the Great American Road Rally, the Rendezvous '90 event
held by the Greater St. Louis Area Council, BSA, Cub Scout Pow-wow's, and the Festival of
the Little Hills which is a craft fair weekend in St. Charles, Missouri.

The Post has also visited telivision studio's in the St. Louis area such as the Channel 2
and Channel 9 studios. Some of the places that the Post visits to photograph is the Bush
Wildlife Area, Missouri Biotanical Gardens, Forest Park, the National Museum of
Transportation, Historic Main Street St. Charles, Downtown St. Louis and MORE!

The post currently meets at the Francis Howell High School in Weldon Springs, Missouri
(Next to Bush Wildlife). We are currently in the process of rebuilding our Post in order to
gain new members so our post may find a new home. If you are interested in our post
