In this session, participants will gain a basic understanding of economics. Learning about the economy will help participants develop financial awareness that will be beneficial throughout life.
In this session, participants will learn about pricing. Pricing involves more than just putting a sticker or tag on an item. It entails determining the point at which both buyer and seller perceive the best value.
In this session, participants will learn about the selling process, whether it involves selling an actual product or convincing others to see your point of view.
In this session, Explorers will learn about their skills, strengths, weaknesses, and potential fit for certain careers. They will learn employability skills that provide the basic steps and techniques for preparing for and having a successful career and balanced life.
In this session, participants will learn about the global workplace, including the growth of international trade and commerce, the increased use of technology, the employment of Americans in the United States by foreign-owned companies, and the consignment by American companies of work done out of the country.
