This session introduces participants to the creative process by having them brainstorm and then devise solutions to problems.

In this session, participants will discuss characteristics that employers expect employees to have and positive behaviors on the job.
HONESTY

In this session, participants will explore the role of honesty as a character trait that contributes to a successful life.
GENERAL ENGINEERING

Engineers work to solve the difficult problems that face our society. Whether it’s building a bridge to cross a river, creating a new machine to manufacture cars, or fitting a huge amount of technology into a smartphone, an engineer’s work can leave a lasting impact on society.
ENGINEERING DESIGN PROCESS

Explorers will be introduced to one of the standards used in engineering, called a design process.
FOUR FORCES OF FLIGHT

This session helps Explorers understand the four forces of flight.
VETERINARY MEDICINE: EXOTIC PETS, WILDLIFE, ZOO ANIMALS AND LABORATORY ANIMALS

These sessions provide the participants with an introductory understanding of veterinary medicine outside the traditional perception of what a veterinarian normally does. Participants may have the opportunity to interact with numerous species of animals and unique animal health care situations.
CAREERS AND CHARACTER

In this session, participants will explore the relationship between character traits and careers, identify their own character traits, and begin to think about their career options.
